(Jan. 2, 1921 – Dec, 1, 2014) U.S. Army Air Corps. and served in the Pacific Theater during WWll as an in-flight mechanic on B-17 bombers with the 27th Bomb Group. He was a prisoner of war of the Japanese, spending 3+ years in the Omori Prison Camp in Tokyo.
