2022 Trail of Honor:

We will have an open meeting on Saturday 11 Dec 2021 at 5:00. This meeting is open for all department heads, volunteers, re-enactors, and supporters. I encourage everyone to bring a guest that may want to be a part of the Trail of Honor moving forward. This meeting will be more than just a typical planning meeting. We will start out with dinner during the screening of a recently released full length documentary movie that will be both entertaining, educational, and without a doubt, very inspiring and emotional. This is a live action documentary and some of the content, discussion, and at times, language may be disturbing, but it is a reality of the cost of war, and those who sign that blank check to serve and defend. It is my hope that we see the deck covered with familiar faces as well as new ones. In the Air Force, we would refer to attending a Leadership School or Service Academy as being ‘Reblued’, well this documentary is sure to remind everybody why the Trail of Honor has survived all these years, accomplished what it has, and why it means so much to so many in our community and around the country.

We will meet afterwards to discuss plans for the 2022 Trail of Honor. Please bring your concerns and ideas for how we can improve both the safety and showmanship of our event. At the conclusion of the meeting, we will have some time to socialize and enjoy the Christmas Spirit together. Please bring a dessert and your beverage of choice.

Thank you to all of our volunteers, re-enactors, supporters, and sponsors for all you do! We wouldn’t be what we are or where we are without your continued dedication, and we look forward to continuing working with all of you on this amazing event.

Godspeed and Never Forget
